As recently retired empty nesters, our clients were more than ready to design their new construction home. With a sizable lot, an architect + builder onboard, and the floorplan for their 3,400 sq. ft. ranch home, they thought they were set.. until they realized they were missing a key ingredient… an interior design partner to make sense of the day-to-day decisions and ensure their dream home was built according to their standards.
Concetti’s team stepped in with confidence, immediately establishing a strong partnership with the couple. When they began dreaming up new ideas and direction, it was clear that Renee had a really strong sense of style and a keen eye for design. She simply needed that collaborative partner to build confidence in the actual decision making process.
Throughout the project, Concetti’s strategic interior designs and direction ensured that the floor plans flowed with the Vickers’ real, functional life, designing 3D renderings to help visualize the interior and exterior of the project. They designed the exterior of the home to reflect the landscape surrounding it, becoming a cohesive part of the acreage.
As for the interior of the home, no detail was spared while building out a truly modern (black-and-white) great room and a high-functioning open-air kitchen with plenty of storage and open sitelines throughout. With Concetti’s advocacy every step of the way, our clients can finally look forward to not just dreaming about their custom-built ranch home, but to calling it their brand new home.
