Our constant, resounding Gratitude Attitude is more than a mindset. It also inspires our yearly Gratitude Attitude project, which is our way of giving back to our community while doing what we do best – designing spaces that are both meaningful and functional.
Although our goal remains true, this year’s project is a bit of a different breed. As a team made up of dog lovers, we’re supporting Rebel Dogs Detroit in their mission to aid the epidemic of stray dogs, through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming…and we need your help!
By opening your home to foster, you can provide a Home for the Holidays to an animal in need and shelter it from Michigan’s harsh winter weather.

Just like our human clients, our furry friends deserve a perfect space of their own. We recently purchased and hand delivered 40 beds from the Rebel Dogs Detroit Amazon Wish List for dogs at the shelter and prospective foster parents, and we’d would love our community’s help furnishing more spaces.
This is a great alternative if you don’t have the resources to foster but still want to help. By purchasing other goodies on the Wish List – like toys, treats, and sanitation supplies – you can make a huge impact on our Home for the Holidays initiative.

Foster to Family: Elton Update
Before you make the decision to foster, we must stress that it is a major responsibility. Please do not make the decision lightly and only proceed if you have the time and resources necessary to provide a positive foster experience. But know that Rebel dogs are an incredible partner and provide all the necessities to foster.
We also must warn you that by fostering a dog, you may fall victim to its charms and wind up with a permanent addition…case in point: Concetti CEO & Principal Designer Rachel Nelson.
Rachel’s initial intention was to temporarily foster Elton, but within 48 hours, she and her partner made the decision that anything less than forever just wouldn’t do.
You have been warned!
With Gratitude,
Concetti
