Concetti L.L.C. (“Concetti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit concetti.studio (the “Site”), submit a form, subscribe to communications, apply for a position or partnership opportunity, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies only to the Site and to personal information Concetti handles in connection with the Site and related inquiries. It does not apply to Moxie by Concetti, Enhancify, Typeform, JazzHR, Vimeo, social media platforms, or other third-party websites and services, even when the Site links to or embeds them. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies.

For purposes of this Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a person or household. It does not include information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably identify you.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Contact and project inquiries. The Contact Us form may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company, project or inquiry type, referral source, financing interest, and the contents of your message.
Newsletter and marketing signups. Mailchimp signup forms may collect your name, email address, project interests, company, title, prior-client status, IP address, signup time, and related subscription preferences. Signup information may also be recorded in HubSpot.
Career information. The careers waitlist may collect your name, email address, phone number, areas of interest, resume, and message. Job applications submitted through JazzHR may include your address, employment and education history, portfolio, salary expectations, work authorization, professional qualifications, background or eligibility information, optional demographic information, and other application responses.
Brand-partner and vendor information. If you use a partner application or other form hosted by Typeform or another provider, we may receive the business contact information, company details, project information, files, and responses you choose to submit.
Direct communications. We collect information you provide when you email, call, or otherwise communicate with us, including contact details, correspondence, project preferences, and records needed to respond to or manage the relationship.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, Concetti and its service providers may automatically collect information through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies. This information may include:

Device and network information. IP address, device type, browser type and settings, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Usage information. Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, date and time of visits, time spent, scrolling, mouse movement, taps, and other interactions with the Site.
Identifiers. Cookie IDs, advertising IDs, session identifiers, and other pseudonymous identifiers associated with a browser or device.
Performance and diagnostic information. Load times, errors, connection information, and information used to secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
Marketing and conversion information. Interactions with ads, newsletters, forms, and conversion events used to measure campaigns and understand how visitors find or use the Site.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from service providers, advertising and analytics partners, referral sources, social media platforms, recruitment providers, business partners, and financing providers. For example, a service provider may provide campaign or analytics reports, a recruitment platform may provide an application, and Enhancify may provide limited referral or financing-status information as described below.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses first-party and third-party technologies for functionality, analytics, experience research, customer-relationship management, advertising, security, and embedded content. These technologies may recognize a browser or device over time and across different websites or services.

Google. Google Analytics 4 helps measure Site traffic and usage; Google Ads helps measure campaigns and may support remarketing; Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent spam and abuse.
Meta. The Meta Pixel helps measure advertising performance, build advertising audiences, and understand actions taken after an ad is viewed or selected.
Hotjar. Hotjar provides heatmaps, session-recording, and interaction-analysis tools that help us understand how visitors navigate and use pages.
HubSpot. HubSpot provides forms, customer-relationship management, analytics, advertising measurement, and collected-form services. HubSpot may associate Site activity with a contact record after a visitor submits a form.
Mailchimp. Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriptions and helps us send and measure email communications.
Vimeo and embedded services. Embedded video players and other third-party content may collect device, usage, cookie, and viewing information when a page containing the content loads or when you interact with it.
Functional technologies. The Site may use cookies or local storage to remember preferences, prevent repeated popups, support form functionality, and maintain Site features.

Your Cookie and Advertising Choices

The Site does not currently provide a sitewide cookie-preference manager. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality. Choices are often specific to a browser or device, and deleting cookies may reset them.

You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, manage Google advertising through My Ad Center, manage Meta advertising through Meta Ad Preferences, use Hotjar's opt-out tool, or use industry tools such as YourAdChoices. These tools are operated by third parties, and Concetti does not control their availability or effectiveness.

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or other privacy preference signals. Because there is no generally accepted standard for Do Not Track, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Other legally recognized opt-out preference signals will be handled as required by applicable law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

Respond and provide services. Answer inquiries, evaluate potential projects, schedule conversations, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, and maintain business records.
Communicate. Send transactional, administrative, service-related, and relationship communications.
Market by email. Send newsletters, project updates, event information, and other marketing communications when permitted. We primarily use email for marketing.
Follow up by phone or text. Respond to an inquiry, coordinate requested services, or communicate when you ask us to. We do not intend to use telephone numbers for general marketing without appropriate consent.
Analyze and improve. Measure traffic and campaigns, understand Site usage, create heatmaps or session recordings, test features, improve content, and develop our services.
Advertise. Measure, personalize, and improve advertising and build audiences, subject to applicable law and available choices.
Recruit and build partnerships. Evaluate applicants, maintain recruiting waitlists, communicate about positions, assess partner or vendor opportunities, and manage those relationships.
Coordinate financing referrals. Connect interested individuals with Enhancify and use limited information we may receive to respond, coordinate design services, or manage the resulting relationship.
Protect and comply. Prevent fraud and abuse, secure the Site, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, comply with law, and protect rights, safety, and property.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Service providers. Companies that provide website hosting, forms, customer-relationship management, email delivery, analytics, advertising, security, recruitment, professional, and technology services.
Analytics and advertising partners. Google, Meta, Hotjar, HubSpot, and similar providers that collect or receive Site and campaign information for analytics, measurement, audience building, or advertising.
Form and application providers. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Typeform, JazzHR or Employ, and other providers that host or process submissions and communications.
Financing providers. Enhancify and its partners when you choose to explore financing, as described in the financing section below.
Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, consultants, and other advisers who need information to provide services to us.
Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate wrongdoing, or enforce agreements.
Business transaction participants. Potential or actual buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or transfer of business assets.
At your direction. Other recipients when you request or consent to the disclosure.

No Sale of Customer Lists

Concetti does not sell personal information for money, rent customer lists, or provide customer or contact lists to third parties for their own direct marketing. However, our use of cookies, advertising pixels, and similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out as described under Your Privacy Rights.

6. Financing Through Enhancify

The financing page on the Site links to an application operated by Enhancify. Concetti does not operate that application, obtain consumer reports, determine loan offers, or directly collect through the Site the sensitive information requested by Enhancify, such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income, credit information, or residential addresses.

Enhancify and its lenders or partners collect and process application information under their own notices, agreements, and privacy policies. Enhancify may provide Concetti with limited referral or application information, which may include an applicant's name and contact information, requested or approved financing amount, prequalification or offer information, and application or financing status. The information actually provided may vary. Concetti may use information it receives to respond to an inquiry, coordinate design services, document the referral, and manage the customer relationship.

Before applying, review the Enhancify Privacy Policy and the agreements presented with the application. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, credit reports, or other credit-application information through Concetti's contact forms or email.

7. Job Applicants and Brand Partners

Job Applicants

Concetti uses applicant information to review qualifications, communicate about current or future roles, conduct interviews and reference or background processes where permitted, meet legal obligations, maintain recruiting records, and protect the integrity of the hiring process. The careers page may include both a HubSpot waitlist form and links to applications hosted by JazzHR or Employ. Information submitted to those providers is also governed by their privacy terms.

Please provide only information relevant to employment. Do not include highly sensitive information in a resume or free-text field unless it is specifically requested and appropriate for the application process.

Brand Partners and Vendors

Concetti may use partner or vendor application information to evaluate fit, communicate about opportunities, conduct diligence, plan projects or events, and manage a partnership. Forms hosted by Typeform or another provider are also subject to that provider's privacy practices.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Our general retention approach is:

Inquiries and client-related records. For the duration of the relationship and as long afterward as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, insurance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Marketing records. Until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the information for marketing. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can honor an unsubscribe request.
Applicant records. Generally for up to two years after the application or most recent recruiting activity, unless a longer period is required or appropriate for legal, operational, or future-opportunity purposes.
Partner and vendor records. For as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or manage the opportunity and to maintain related business records.
Analytics and cookie data. According to the retention settings and practices of the relevant provider and for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, advertising, and Site improvement.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what information to submit online.

10. Your Choices

Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us at [email protected]. We may continue to send non-marketing communications related to an inquiry, project, application, or legal obligation.
Phone and text. Tell us that you do not want calls or texts, or use any opt-out instructions included in a message. This does not prevent communications you request or communications needed to provide services.
Cookies and advertising. Use browser settings and the vendor or industry tools described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section.
Updating information. Contact us if you believe personal information in our records is inaccurate or needs to be updated.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, the nature of our relationship, and whether a particular law applies to Concetti, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the right to:

Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it.
Request correction or deletion of personal information.
Request a portable copy of certain information you provided.
Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Appeal a denial of a privacy request and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. For an appeal, use the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact us by mail or telephone using the details below.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when we cannot verify identity, an exception applies, or the law does not apply to Concetti or the requested information. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with you.

California residents may also request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Concetti does not provide customer or contact lists to third parties for their own direct marketing.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

13. U.S. Processing and Visitors Outside the United States

The Site and Concetti's services are directed primarily to residents of the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. If you access the Site from another country, the privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to or embed websites, applications, social media, videos, stores, financing portals, recruitment systems, forms, vendors, and other services that Concetti does not operate. Concetti is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information or using their services.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Changes apply from the effective date stated in the revised Policy.
