Interiors: Kitchen (over 500 sq ft)
Nestled in the lush landscapes of beautiful West Bloomfield was a home in which the “monochromatic-palette esque” kitchen and dining area weren’t quite in sync with the homeowner’s sophisticated modern style.
“Transitioning” became a total transformation processes that began structurally to create an open concept needed for a flow throughout the entire main level. It was important to stay true to the scenic views pouring in daily, to achieve this we worked with neutral earth tones during the entire selection process accompanied with sporadic pops of color.
Utilizing as much space while maintaining openness became a balancing act in which we were able to achieve successfully with the homeowner. The additions of the built-in bar and breakfast nook, along with the center island dawned with a hint of hollywood regency flare in the pendants and counter stools aligned beautifully with the simplistic naturesque fusion all the way to the subtle detailing of the tree branches on the dining chairs.
