Phase One is all about you!

We See & Hear You
During the Discover phase, we will hand you the mic and ask you all the right questions to make sure we’re united on your desired aesthetics, your current pain points, and your biggest wants and goals for your project. Whether that be learning the stories behind your most treasured pieces, or immersing ourselves in your business’ branding, messaging, and strategy – this step is all about you.
We’ll then walk through your existing floorplan inch by inch to uncover everything that needs an upgrade, and formulate a detailed assessment that will reveal your Visual Guidelines- an inspirational view of where we will take your space.
Co-create
We’ll Dream Big
The Co-Create phase is where we’ll bring your discovered design solutions to life! We will develop 3D renderings that will help you visualize the full potential of your space, with plenty of options and variations that will address your unique goals. With your collaboration and participation, we’ll walk away with a final, realistic 3D rendering that will showcase the future potential for your space!

Phase Two is about establishing the plan.
Personalize
Customizations for You
The Personalize phase is exactly as it sounds- this is where we collectively develop your vision by finding, demonstrating, and solidifying exact pieces that will make your space you. We will put our time and attention into gathering multi-dimensional pieces such as furniture, fabrics, colors, and materials that are not only beautiful, but also hold meaning in a way that uniquely reflects you.
Translate
Instructions for Your Team
The Translate phase is lovingly hands-off for you, and all about aligning your team of builders and contractors around our agreed-upon vision. We will create an in-depth instruction manual that will be shared with everyone involved in your build.
This manual will “talk the talk”, and will include technical drawings, detailed elevation mapping, and construction specifications that will ensure your builder or contractor will have everything they need to replicate your vision.

Phase Three is when your vision becomes reality!
Advocate
Act as Your Champion
In the Advocate phase, contracts are now signed, construction begins, and we have passed the (very detailed, very capable) torch onto your builders and tradesmen. But don’t worry- we’re still there every step of the way!
We will act as your construction advocate, keeping the design we co-created together at the forefront of everyone’s minds to see the project through to completion.
Celebrate
Finishing Touches to Perfect Your Space
In the Celebrate phase, our team of design experts will get to work transforming your new walls into a gorgeous and move-in-ready space. We’ll fully furnish and beautify your space, adding every last detail including the furniture, artwork, and plenty of unique touches throughout the space that will ensure your original vision is brought fully through to fruition.
What was once a 3D rendering will soon be… your new reality. We’ll walk through the space together will you for the final reveal, answering any questions, and perhaps popping some bubbly to celebrate. We did it!
