This couple was ready to downsize after their children left the nest. They relocated to the incredible city of Ann Arbor where they purchased a gorgeous newly constructed condo right downtown. They brought in Concetti to help transform this blank slate into something that reflected their sophisticated yet playful tastes.
Custom millwork, furniture, and even light fixtures were utilized throughout. The guest bedroom boasts a murphy bed that does double-duty as a desk when not in use. The semi-custom pendants in the kitchen were powder coated to match the perfect navy seen throughout the space. Meticulous attention to detail helped to ensure that the final result will be an oasis this couple can enjoy for years to come.
